Opened in 1994, Ixtapa Silverton is a family-run restaurant offering fresh and traditional Mexican food. We make everything fresh and we use local ingredients that are hand-picked by our chefs. 

Our story is simple, we have in our menu traditional dishes from many regions of Mexico. Ixtapa Silverton has become one of the NorthWest most beloved restaurants. Ixtapa restaurant has become a foundation for many new restaurants and amazing dishes that represent the Hispanic culture.
